摘要
在NB培养基上,拮抗细菌B-916在30℃~33℃、pH7.0~8.5时,均能生长良好,培养30~36h后,菌量可达8.29×108cfu/ml左右。初始接种量对B-916的生长有明显的影响。通过对13种工业发酵用的培养基配方的筛选,结果表明,培养基D是发酵B-916的最佳培养基配方。用此配方进行工业发酵(30℃,pH7.8~8.0发酵26h)菌量可达到3.
Strain B 916 ( Bacillus subtilis ) can grow vigorously in NB medium at 30℃~33℃,pH7 8 8 0,with a population of 8 29×10 8cfu/ml after 30-36 hours of culture.Initial inoculum dosage has different effect on the growth of B 916.Thirteen kinds of media commonly used in commerical production were screened.The medium of No.D was the best for the growth of B 916 with a maximum population of 3.84×10 10 11 cfu/ml when gowing at 30℃,pH7 8 8 0 for 26 hours of culture in fermentation tank
