摘要
学习型图书馆是适应当前知识经济、信息时代学习化社会发展需要的新型图书馆组织与管理形式 ,其形成的核心条件是建立共同愿景 ,员工成为学习人 ,管理者成为育才型 ,组织成为学习型。确立学习化的体制 ,采取必要的保障措施 ,是创建学习型图书馆的关键。
The learning library is a new type of libraries whose construction form meets the needs of studies in times of knowledge-based economy and information , and social development. Its central preconditions are learning employee, educative manager and learning organization. To establish learning system and take secure measures is the key of constructing learning library.
