本文援引彼得·圣吉的学习型组织理论 ,探讨了图书馆建立学习型组织的现实意义与必要性 ,介绍了国外图书馆在建立学习型图书馆的成功案例 。
This paper introduces peter M.Senge's Learning Organization Theory and some successful cases on establishing a learning organization in foreign countries libraries,discussing the realistic meaning and necessity of building libraries into this kind and putting forward some proposals for further discussion.
