摘要
本文在对知识经济的大环境和大背景进行描述后 ,认为人力资源才是知识经济社会发展的原动力 ,深层开发和科学管理人力资源可以为图书馆事业创造新的发展机遇 ,并从员工、管理者、组织形式和管理模式等几个方面对知识经济下的人力资源开发与管理进行初步的探讨 ,得出了员工成为学习人 ,管理者领导角色转变为育才型以及组织走向学习型组织的结论 ,着重强调了核心价值观的整合对知识经济下人力资源开发与管理的重要性。
After the description of the general background of knowledge-based economy, the authors put forward the idea that human resource is the basic motivator for the development of Knowledge-based economy and scientific management and development of human resource could create new many opport unities for the library Then the paper analyzes the management of human resource in Knowledge-based economy from the perspective of employees, managers, organizational structure and management style Based on above, the conclusion of becoming learning employee, educative manager and learning organization is reached as well as highlight the importance of core value integration.
