摘要
目的:通过研究城市学龄儿童感觉统合能力与其神经心理特征的关系,深入探讨感觉统合失调的发病机理、疾病性质。方法:用儿童感觉统合检核表、感觉统合能力评定量表、H.R神经心理测验,选取城市6.5~7.5岁的1年级小学生63人为被试,进行问卷测试和个别测验。结果:儿童感觉统合能力发展与H.R神经心理测验某些指标显著相关,儿童的感觉统合失调症状伴随明显的神经心理发展问题。结论:视觉空间关系的接受和表达能力缺陷是儿童感觉统合失调的重要心理特征。
Objective:To explore the relationship between sensory integration dysfunction(SID)and neu ropsychological qualities of school-chil dren.Methods :63urban school children aged6.5~7.5were tested with the Children Sensory Integra tion Function Measurement Scale,and Halstead-Reitan Battery Neu ropsy chological Test.Results:There are statistical significant correlations between sensory integration func-tion and H.R neu ropsychological qualities;the sensory integration dysfunction was accompanide by H.R neu ropsy chological troubles.Conclusion:The disability of perception and expression of vision-space re la tion-ship is one of the important psychological characteristics of SID.
