摘要
目的： 调查学习困难儿童的某些心理特征。方法： 本文根据学习困难（ｌｅａｒｎｉｎｇ ｄｉｓａｂｉｌｉｔｉｅｓ， ＬＤ） 的诊断标准， 筛查了武汉市１１１７ 名８－ １３岁儿童， 筛查出ＬＤ儿童１０９名， ＬＤ检出率为９．７６％ 。选取１２５名学习优良的学生作为正常对照。再以这２３４ 名学生作为研究对象， 对他们进行了智力、性格、感觉统合功能、注意缺陷多动障碍（ＡＤＨＤ） 等心理测量。结果： 经单因素分析发现， ＬＤ组儿童与优良组儿童在智商、性格、感觉统合功能、ＡＤＨＤ等方面均有非常显著的差异。Ｌｏｇｉｓｔｉｃ回归分析结果表明， 智商、Ｃｏｎｎｅｒｓ量表分是影响学习困难的主要因素， 结论： 智力和注意缺陷多动障碍对儿童学习困难的影响不可忽视。
Objective:to explore the psychological features of Learning Disability(LD)child Method:out of 1117 children aged 8 13 years in general population,109 were found having LD(9 76%) 125 students with good academic achievements were selected as control The research instruments included WISC CR,Y G Character Questionnaire,Sensory Integration Scale and Conners Simplified Questionnaire Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD)was diagnosed by DSM Ⅲ if existed Result:IQ,ADHD and function of sensory integration may influence LD Logistic stepwise regression found that factors influencing LD were IQ and score of Conners Simplified Questionnaire
