摘要
以聚 (甲基丙烯酸十二酯 -丙烯酸 )两性共聚物为稳定剂 ,用反相悬浮聚合法合成了丙烯酸 /丙烯酰胺 /甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯三元共聚型超强吸水剂 :吸蒸馏水 1 1 5 0 m L· g-1,吸 0 .9% Na Cl溶液 91 m L· g-1。研究了稳定剂结构及用量、单体组成、交联剂、链转移剂、中和程度等聚合条件对聚合反应及吸水剂性能的影响。实验表明甲基丙烯酸十二酯
Poly(sodium acrylate-acrylamide-2-hydroxy ethyl methacrylate) as a superabsorbent was prepared by inverse suspension polymerization using an amphiphilic copolymer as a steric stabilizer. The effects of amphiphilic copolymer with different structures, crosslinker, chain transfer agent, neutralization degree of acrylic acid, comonomers and other polymerization conditions on the polymerization and the properties of superabsorbent were studied. The results showed the copolymer of dodecyl methacrylate and acrylic acid can be used as a good steric stabilizer. The optimum absorbency of the superabsorbent obtained is 1150mL·g -1 and 91mL·g -1 in distilled water and 0.9% NaCl solution, respectively.
