摘要
对近年来国内外有关亲水性高分子磁性微球的研究成果和发展现状进行了综述,具体讨论了包埋法、单体聚合法及原位法等常用的合成制备方法及其优缺点,指出反相(微)乳液聚合是制备亲水性聚合物微球的有效方法。分析了亲水性高分子磁性微球在酶固定化和实现靶向给药等方面的应用及存在的问题,对磁性微球的发展前景进行了展望。
The research fruits and development status of hydrophilic polymer magnetic microspheres (HPMM) worldwide in recent years was reviewed. Several kinds of preparation methods, including embedment, monomer polymerization and in situ polymerization, and its advantages and disadvantages are introduced in detail. Among these methods, inverse microemulsion polymerization was considered to be the potential method for preparing HPMM. The development and application of HPMM in enzyme immobilization and medicine carrier were discussed. Meanwhile, the trend of its development is prospected.
