反相悬浮聚合制备高分子调湿剂 被引量:13

Preparation of Polymeric Humidity-Controlling Agent From Reversed-phase Dispersion Polymerization

摘要 应用油包水(W/O)反相悬浮聚合技术,通过考察分散介质、油水比、分散剂及用量的选择,得到最佳配比,制备出高效调湿剂。结果显示:添加一定量的无机盐可提高调温剂的吸湿性能,其中尤以添加40%醋酸钾的效果为好。通过FTIR、XRD和SEM的分析发现,添加无机盐可增加高分子调湿剂表面接触面积,缩短调湿平衡时间。 he effect of dispersion medium、ratio of oil to water and dispersion agent on size of polymeric bead is discussed in this Paper, By use of dispersion polymerisation, we had Prefered high effect's polymeric humidity-controlling agent; the result showed: composed of someinorganic salt, absorption capacity and absoption rate of humidity-controlling agent were arised, especially composed of 40%CH3COOK; FTIR XRD SEM'S analysis proved that the surface characterization of polymer is connected with the ability to control the relative humidity.
