淀粉微球的制备及其工艺的优化 被引量:4

摘要 以可溶性淀粉为原料,N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBAA)及环氧氯丙烷(ECH)为交联剂,利用反相悬浮聚合法合成了淀粉微球,通过单因素实验和正交实验对制备工艺进行了优化,利用粒度分析仪、红外光谱仪对产物进行了表征。结果表明:MBAA用量及油水相体积比是影响微球粒径的主要因素;所得微球粒度分布范围较窄,具有多种活性基团,可用作药物载体和吸附剂。 The starch microspheres were synthesized from soluble starch through Inverse-suspension polymerization, using N, N'-methylenebisacrylamide and epichlorohydrin as the crosslinking agent. The influence of preparation conditions on their physical and chemical properties was investigated by single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments.. The starch microspheres were characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (IR), and granularity analyzer. The results showed that the average particle size of starch microspheres was mainly affected by dosage of MBAA and volume ratio between oil phase and aqueous phase. The size distribution was within a comparatively narrow range, and had many active groups, which can be used as a kind of drug-carrier or adsorbents.
