摘要
教学行为是在教师自我监控下的一种有选择的技术 ,是教师素质的外化形式 ,学生通过教师的教学行为 ,来理解教师的要求 ,掌握知识 ,发展能力。一个教师教学效果的好坏 ,直接决定于其教学行为是否合理有效。因此增强教学行为的有效性 ,是提高课堂教学质量的关键。
Teaching acts are the teachers' self-supervised selective skills and the external form of their quality.It is through the teaching acts that students come to understand teachers' requirements, master knowledge and develop their ability. Good teaching effect directly depends on the proper and effective teaching. Therefore, to increase the effectiveness of the teaching acts is the key to improving the quality of the classroom teaching.
