摘要
分析了 AISI40 9L不锈钢凝固时的结晶特性 ,模拟计算了连铸过程中 0 .7m/min拉速下 ,不同二冷配水下铸坯温度场的变化 ,并分析了铸坯温度场的变化与铸坯质量的关系 ,总结出提高铸坯质量的措施。
The solidification characteristics of AISI409 stainless steel are analyzed in continuous casting of billets. The temperature field is calculated under different casting conditions. The relationship between product quality and secondary cooling is correlated. The measures to improve slab quality are proposed.
