摘要
将真空感应熔炼得到的试验钢进行固溶处理和稳定化处理,通过金相、扫描电镜、能谱、显微硬度及电化学方法,研究了热处理工艺对430铁素体不锈钢组织和耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,通过1 050℃保温1h水冷后得到的试验钢的耐蚀性最好,通过分析可以发现,通过固溶处理能得到过饱和固溶体,减少碳化铬的析出,呈现较为均匀的显微组织,从而改进试验钢的耐蚀性能。
The effects of heat treatment on microstructure and properties of 430 ferritic stainless steel with vacuum melt and solution treatment were stuclied by testing the metallographic examination, SEM, EDS, hardness and electrochemical tests. The results show that the solution heat treatment(1 050 ℃, 1 h, water cooling)can improve the corrosion resistance of 430 ferritic stainless steel due to the formation of saturated solid solution, reduction of chromium carbide precipitation and formation of homogenous micro structure.
