摘要
为满足市场需求,自2004年下半年开始济钢第一炼钢厂4#板坯连铸机开发生产断面200mm×1400mm的45#钢钢坯,热送中板厂和中厚板厂轧制厚规格钢板。因45#钢碳含量高、钢水流动好、液相线温度低,分别在转炉、连铸机采用低拉增碳法和小锥度结晶器配合二次冷却弱冷配水工艺,实现了一个结晶器连续浇注45#钢5000t无漏钢的目标。
In order to meet the needs of markets, the 45# steel slab whose section is 200mm×1400 mm had been manufactured in the No.4 CCM of Jigang No.1 steelmaking since the latter half of the year 2004, being transported in hot situation to jigang light gauge plate and thick plate plant to be rolled into thick standard steel plates. Because of high carbon content, good molten steel fluidity and low liquid line temperature of 45# steel, the carburet method in low final carbon situation is adopted in converter and the less degree of taper crystallizer is adopted assorting low secondary cooling water distribution process in CCM. Therefore, the goal that the five thousand ton 45# steel slab is produced in same mold in no-breakout situation is reached.
