摘要
对高速连铸保护渣中Li2O,MgO;Na2O,K2O,Al2O3。和F-对保护渣结晶特性的影响进行了实验研究和理论分析结果表明,Li2O含量为2%(质量分数,下同)时结晶温度、结晶率最低;碱度提高,使结晶温度提高,结晶率增大;随着Na2O的加入量增大,结晶温度降低,结晶率增大;在5%-11%范围内,提高MgO含量,保护渣的玻璃性得到改善。
The experimental research and theory analysis on crystallization property of mold powdersfor high speeding casting were carried out. The effects of Li2O, Na2O, K2O, MgO, A12O3 and F-oncrystallization properties were investigated, and the mechanism of crystallization progress was discussed.The results show that when the concent of Li2O is 2%, the crystallization tempreture and crystallizationratio are the lowest, and as basicity raised the crystallization tempreture and crystallization ratio increase.As concent of Na2O increased thecrystallization tempreture lowers and the crystallization ratio rises. Asconcent of MgO increased to 5%-11%, the crystallization tempreture and crystallization ratio all lower.
