摘要
本文报道了采用PAN共沉淀分离富集微量进样技术-FAAS法对人发中的痕量镉的测定。镉的测定范围在0~25μg/L,回收率在96~107%之间,变异系数为7.2%,得到了满意的结果。
PAN as a precipitant for preconcentration and separation for Cd in hair has been studied. It was found that PAN could quantitatively coprecipitate trace Cd in sample solutions at pH10, without adding other metal ions as carriers. The calibration curve is linear in the range of 0~25μg/L of Cd. No interference was observed mused by coexistent elements. The standard addition recovery of Cd is between 96~107%. The relative standard deviation of 12 repeated measurements is 7.2%. The method is rapid, simple and satisfactory to the determination of Cd in hair.
