摘要
用碳酸锶作为载体共沉淀富集镉使火焰原子吸收法测定镉的灵敏度大幅度提高。特征浓度0.044μg·ml-1/1%,加标回收率99.75~104.5%,SD是0.006,CVS.52%。
SrCO3 as a precipitant for preconcentration of Cd in tobacco is presented in this paper. No interference caused by coexistent elements was observed. The recovery ratios for this element varied from 99.75-104.5% and the SD was 0.006. Variation coefficient is 5.52%. The method is simple, rapid and accurate. The result obtained is satisfactory.
