摘要
本文根据文献报道,使用单缝石英管和巯基棉分离富集,并将这两者结合的方法进行研究,以提高火焰原子吸收法的灵敏度,测定水中微量铅,文献尚未见报道。本文测定了水中铅的含量,得到比较满意的分析结果。回收率为95~104%,变异系数为2.4%,灵敏度可提高2—3个数量级。实验部分仪器装置和主要试剂750型国产原子吸收分光光度计,铅空心阴极灯,单缝石英管:管长14cm,内径6mm,缝长6cm,缝宽1mm;
This paper presents the use of a slotted quartz tube and sulfhydryl cotton fiber to increase the sensitivity of conventional flame atomic absorption spectrometry for the determination of micro-amount of lead in water. A slotted quartz tube is positioned on top of a conventional atomic absorption burner head. It is used in conjunction with an air-acetylene flame (lean) to incrcas sensitivity for lead.
The results obtained for the determination of lead in water are satisfactory. The recovery of lead is between 95—104% and the RSD is 2.4%. It is 2—3 order of magnitude higher in sensitivity than the conventional flame AAS.
