摘要
建立了脱镁叶绿素a和脱镁叶绿素b的联合同步荧光分析法。方法简便快速。脱镁叶绿素a和脱镁叶绿素b的线性范围分别为0~400ng/ml和0~200ng/ml,检出限分别为1ng/ml和0.5ng/ml。
A new method of synchronous spectrofluorimetry for the simultaneous determination of pheophytin a and pheophytin b was described. The measurement was carried out with constant wavelength difference (Δλ) of 7nm and 200nm for pheophytin a and pheophytin b, respectively. There was a linear relationship between corresponding peak height and concentration over the range of 0~400ng/ml for pheophytin a and 0~200ng/ml for b. The detection limits of phcophytins a and b were lng/ml and 0.5ng/ml, respectively.
