青岛潮间带底栖微藻生物量研究 被引量:2

Study on biomass of microphytobenthos in intertidal zone of Qingdao

摘要 2004年3~6月,选择胶州湾口近海作为研究海区,在栈桥、湛山湾和石老人3个站位每月取样两次,每次退潮后,在潮间带固定地点采集底质样品,分别测定样品中叶绿素a、b、c和脱镁叶绿素a的含量,同步观测海水温度、海水密度和pH值。结果显示,青岛近岸春季海水水温上升较快,海水密度和pH比较稳定。栈桥取样点底质中叶绿素a、b、C和脱镁叶绿素a的平均含量分别为0.58、0.47、0.34和0.16μg/g。湛山湾取样点底质中的叶绿素含量最高,波动较小,叶绿素a、b、C和脱镁叶绿素a的平均含量分别为0.72、0.56、0.36和0.45μg/g。石老人海水浴场底质中的叶绿素含量最低,波动较大,叶绿素a、b、c和脱镁叶绿素a的平均含量分别为0.36、0.28、0.20和0.29μg/g。 The chlorophylls and phaepiment a concentrations of microphytobenthos in intertidal zone were determined, by selecting three sampling stations along Qingdao seashore, viz. Zhanqiao, Zhanshan and Shilaoren, from March to June, 2004. In addition, sea water temperature, salinity and pH were measured simultaneously. The result showed that the water temperature rose relatively fast, but that both salinity and pH were rather stable during the Spring. The average contents of chlorophyll a, b, c and phaepigment a in sediment at Zhanqiao station were 0.58μg/g, 0. 47μg/g, 0.34μg/g, and 0.16μg/g, respectively. The chlorophylls contents in sediment at Zhanshan station were the highest among the three stations, the average contents of chlorophylls a, b, c and phaepigment a being 0. 72μg/g, 0. 56μg/g, 0.36μg/g and 0. 4.5μg/g, respectively. The lowest contents of chlorophylls were detected at Shilaoren station, the average contents of chlorophylls a, b, c and phaepigment a being 0.36μg/g , 0. 28μg/g, 0. 20μg/g and 0.29μg/g, respectively.
