摘要
本文报道了λ－ＤＮＡ三链结构水溶液的ＵＶ，ＣＤ，荧光及Ｒａｍａｎ等光谱特性。比较该三链新结构与单，双链ＤＮＡ不同的光谱性质，确证了前者不同寻常的结构特征。
The UV, CD, Raman and fluorescence spectra in triple-stranded structure of λ DNA Hind λ were studied. The paper proves that the triple -stranded structure is of significant difference from its single of duplex DNA structure in spectra characteristics.
