摘要
市场经济体制的完善 ,迫切需要在经济活动中作为第一资源的人力资源能被科学合理地开发与利用。结合基层医院 (除省直属的大型综合性教学医院外 )人力资源现状与误区 ,对医院卫生人力资源配置中存在的问题进行了分析 ,提出了科学合理配置卫生人力资源的办法与建议。
The human resource management such as utilization and development is urgently needed due to the completed market system. In this study it showed that the current information about the human resources in the primary-level hospitals and the problems. Based on the analysis of these problems about the human resource assignment, the comments about rational and scientific management were proposed.
