摘要 推进医疗联合体建设,是推动医疗卫生工作重心下移、优质医疗资源下沉和科学合理配置医疗资源的重要载体,是建设分级诊疗制度的重要举措。在"互联网+"创新融合下的医疗联合体,基于互联网云技术,建立全局性互联互通云存储,与医联体内各级实体医疗机构共同组成线上线下相结合的智慧医疗服务体系,真正实现合理有序就医,助力分级诊疗落地。 Accelerate the construction of healthcare alliance is an important countermeasure for promoting excellent health resources flowing to primary medical institute and secondary hospitals. It also an important countermeasure on hierarchical healthcare system implementation. On the basis of internet technology, internet plus healthcare alliance can rebuild the relationship among members at each levels in healthcare alliance and construct intelligence medicine system to get rational visiting and help hierarchical healthcare system implementation.
