摘要
目的调查上海市三级甲等医院胸外科监护病房护理人力资源现状。方法采用问卷法对上海市12所三级甲等医院的胸外科监护病房240名护士和12名护士长进行调查。结果胸外科监护病房护理人力资源配置数量不足;学历、职称结构不合理;监护队伍不稳定。结论应通过建立人力资源库、探索护理专家制度、出台激励机制等措施,充分体现护理服务价值,以增加护理队伍的吸引力、凝聚力。
Objective To investigate the current status of nursing human resources in ICU of thoracic surgery department in Class -3 First Level hospitals in Shanghai. Method Twelve hospitals were sampled and 240 nurses and 12 head nurses from ICU of thoracic surgery department were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire. Results The nurses in ICU of thoracic surgery department were insufficient. Moreover,the distribution of educational level and professional titles were unreasonable, and the nurse team in ICU was instable. Conclusion It is suggested to establish human resources database,develop the management system of nurse specialist, establish encouragement system to embody the value of nursing service and enhance the cohesion of nurse team.
