摘要
综述了荧光法对药物分子与血清白蛋白相互作用的研究进展 .介绍了测定药物分子在蛋白质上的结合部位、结合数、结合常数和结合力类型的基本理论和实验方法 ,讨论了药物对蛋白质构象的影响以及共存金属离子对结合反应的影响 ,列表总结了某些药物与血清白蛋白结合反应的实验结果 ,简要讨论了研究中存在的问题以及本领域的发展方向 .
Developments of fluorescence study on the combination of drugs with serum albumin are reviewed. Basic theory and experimental methods for the detection of binding site of drugs on protein, binding number, binding constant and the sort of binding forces are introduced. The influence of drugs on the structure of serum albumin and the influence of coexist ions on the combination reaction are discussed. Some experimental results of drugs reacting with serum albumin are listed in a table. Finally, problems existing in the study and the development trends of this area are briefly discussed.
