摘要
对双位置驱动直线伺服电机提出了一种新的动态同步控制方法。通过设计H∞ 鲁棒控制器 ,对加速度和速度同时进行状态反馈控制 ,使其在不平衡负载或不确定性扰动作用下快速恢复到同步状态 ,从而实现双位置驱动直线伺服系统加速度、速度和位置三重动态同步。驱动元件采用两套参数相同的直线永磁同步伺服电机。仿真实验结果表明该方案鲁棒性强、动态同步误差小。
A new three variables dynamically synchronized control method for double position drive with linear servo motors is presented This paper shows the design of an H ∞ robust controller to be used both speed and acceleration state feedback control,which can rapidly restore synchronous state under he condition of unbalanced loads or random disturbances The dynamically synchronized control of acceleration,speed and position is achieved Two linear permanent magnet synchronous motors(LPMSM)with the same parameters are used as driving parts The results of simulation test indicate that the proposed system has strong robustness,and that the dynamical synchronous error is smaller during dynamic process
