本文主要讨论了Gauss-wcicrstrass算子的Lp逼近问题,给出了Lp逼近的特征刻划:当,时,下列各式是等价的: (ⅰ) (ⅱ) (ⅲ)
In this paper, we shall discuss the characterization for the Lp-Approximation by Gauss-Weierstrass Operators W_n(f; x): for 0<α<1, 1<p≤∞, .f∈Lp(-∞,∞), then the following statements are equivalent:(ⅰ)‖W_n(f)-f‖_p = 0(n^(-α));(ⅱ) k(f, t)=O(t~α);(ⅲ)‖△_h^2f‖_p =O(h^(2α)).
