摘要
以甲壳质为原料制备了O 羧甲基壳聚糖 ,再经不同的硫酸酯化工艺分别制备了O 羧甲基 N 硫酸酯基壳聚糖 (Ⅰ )、O 羧甲基 O 硫酸酯基壳聚糖 (Ⅱ )、O 羧甲基 N ,O 硫酸酯基壳聚糖 (Ⅲ )等 3种不同硫酸酯基取代位置的羧甲基壳聚糖衍生物。对各化合物分别采用氧瓶燃烧法测定了硫含量 (S % ) ,采用HPGPC法制定了重均相对分子质量和相对分子质量分布宽度 ,并对各化合物的红外光谱 (IR)和13C
O carboxymethyl chitosan was obtained from chitin by carboxymethylation at first, then three kinds of carboxymethyl sulfochitosans such as O carboxymethyl N sulfochitosan(Ⅰ), O carboxymethyl O sulfochitosan(Ⅱ), O carboxymethyl N,O sulfochitosan(Ⅲ) were prepared respectively by using different sulfation methods. Their contents of sulfur were determined by oxygen flask method, and their weight average molecular weight and the distribution width of molecular weight were determined by high performance gel permeation chromatography (HPGPC) respectively, and their IR spectrum and 13 C NMR spectrum were measured in this paper also.
