摘要
近年来，多糖及其衍生物的抗病毒作用已得到充分证实，有的已用于临床作为抗病毒药物使用．本文综述了多糖及其衍生物的抗病毒活性、构效关系、作用机理和临床运用.
The antiviral activities of polysaccharides and their derivatives have recently been clarified, and some of them have been put to clinical application as antiviral drugs. This review summarizes the antiviral effects of polysaccharides and their derivatives, the relation between their antiviral effects and structures, mechanism of antiviral activities and clinical application.
