摘要
以金黄色葡萄球菌为实验菌种 ,研究了羧甲基化度对O -羧甲基壳聚糖抗菌性的影响 ,并与相应的壳聚糖的抗菌性作对比。结果表明 :O -羧甲基壳聚糖的抗菌性随着羧甲基化度的升高呈现出先升后降的规律 ,并且在比较宽的羧甲基化度范围内表现出较壳聚糖更好的抗菌性。
Antimicrobial activity of O carboxymethyl chitosan (O-CMC)with different degree of carboxymethylation (d.c.) was studied by using Staphyolococcus aureus as the experimental bacteria. Also this antimicrobial activity was compared with that of chitosan.Result shows that when d.c. is low,raising it can improve the antimircrobial activity,but if d.c.is high enough,the higher d.c. is,the weaker the antimicrobial activity is.Moreover,O-CMC exhibits a better antimicrobial activity than chitosan in a wide range of d.c..
