摘要
目的 考察金裕星注射液稳定性 ,并预测其室温贮存有效期。方法 紫外分光光度法测定金裕星注射液含量 ,用初匀速法预测其有效期。结果 金裕星注射液在 5~ 10 μg·mL-1范围内呈良好线形关系 (r =0 .9999) ,平均回收率 10 0 .0 7% ,RSD0 .12 %。结论 初匀速法预测金裕星注射液有效期简便、迅速。金裕星注射液稳定性好 ,室温 2 5℃贮存期 4.19年。初匀速法预测金裕星注射液稳定性及其有效期 。
OBJECTIVE To study stability of JinyuStar injection at 25℃ as to predict its expiry term. METHOD JinyuStar injection was determined by UV spectrophotometry, prediction of expiry by initial average rate methods.RESULTS The linear range of JinyuStar injection was 5~10μg·mL -1 (r=0.9999). The average recovery of JinyuStar injection was 100.07%, RSD 1.2%.CONCLUSION Initial average rate method is convenient and rapid. Stability of JinyuStar injection is good, expiry of term predicted at 25℃ is 4.19 years. Initial average rate method provides a scientific basis for clinical application.
