摘要
为考察SMM和TMP经β-环糊精包合后所制备的复方SMM缓释型注射液的稳定性,采用紫外分光光度法测定复方SMM缓释型注射液中2主药在不同温度下的含量,用初匀速法预测其有效期。结果,复方SMM缓释型注射液在室温25℃条件下,SMM的有效期为2. 02a,TMP的有效期为2. 13a,为评价该制剂的稳定性提供了依据。
To investigate the stability of the β-cyclodextrin-coated CO-sulfamonomethoxinum sustained-release injection, the contents of its two main ingredients, SMM (sulfamonomethoxinum) and TMP (trimethoprim) were determined at various elevated temperatures with UV spectrophotometry. Its expiry term was predicted with the "initial average rate method". The expiry term for SMM and TMP were estimated to be 2.02 and 2.13 years, respectively, when the injection was stored at ambient temperature (25℃).
