摘要
文章简要地介绍了HACCP的由来、框架、基本原理与计划实施的基本过程,以此说明关注农产品与食品安全问题的重要性,并强调要积极推行HACCP。
BZThis article simply introduces the cause,frame,basic principles and basic practising process of HACCP,elucidates the importance of paying attention to the agricultural product and food safe problem,and emphasizes that we should promote HACCP positively.
