摘要
当前我国可食用林产品生产管理无章可循、无据可依、监管无力,存在很大的质量安全隐患,对我国正在蓬勃发展的可食用林产品产业构成严重威胁。因此,加强可食用林产品质量管理,健全可食用林产品生产、加工、销售等环节的质量安全管理体系势在必行。建议:出台专门质量安全法律法规;建立严格的质量安全监管制度;完善产品质量标准化体系;加强产品质量监督与检测;加强产品质量安全宣传和教育。
At present, no principle to follow and weak supervising for the production management brought very big hidden danger for quality safety for edible forest products. Therefore, it is imperative to tighten up the quality management of forest products, and to improve quality safety management system on production, processing and sale of edible forest products. Therefore, this paper suggesed carry out the following measure to promote the healthy development for edible forest products including claiming a relative legislation for special quality safety; establishing a strict institution on the quality safety management; perfecting a standardization system for product quality; strengthening inspection and testing of product quality; strengthening publicity and education of product quality safety.
