摘要
本文研究了以2,4-二硝基酚为显色剂测定糖厂制品中还原糖的分光光度法,确定了最佳的测定条件,且对蔗糖和非糖物对测定的影响进行了较深入的研究,得到了蔗糖的存在对测定无影响的重要结论.采用校正系数法消除不纯糖液中其它杂质对测定的影响。与传统方法相比,本法有简便、快速、准确、重现性好、灵敏度高、计算简单、分析费用低和分析工效高等特点。本法的原理为还原糖分自动分析和在线测定提供了可能性。本法适用于甘蔗糖厂和甜菜糖厂的制品中还原糖的测定。
This Paper deals with a spectrophotometric determination of reducing sugars in sugar factorg products using 2,4-dinitrophenol as color reagent. The optimal conditions for the determination and the effects of sucrose and nonsugars on the determination had been studied thoroughly.An important conclusion that the presence of sucrose doesnot affect the deter- mination of reducing sugars has been reached.The influences of nonsugars in impure sugar solution on the determination have been eliminated by means of a correction factor method.In comparision to the traditional methods,this method has a series of features,such as simplicity aud rapidity of analysis,higher accuracy,reproducibility amd sensibility, simplicity in calculation,less cost and higher efficiency of analysis.Mor- eover,the principle of this method provides the possibility of automatic analysis and on-line measurment for reducing sugars.This method is suita- ble both for the determination of reducing sugars in cane sugar and beet sugar factory products.
