采用苯酚—硫酸分光光度法测定茵陈蒿中多糖的含量,测定波长为4 90mm ,多糖换算因子f=1 . 31 2 4 ,在1 0 5 0ug/ml范围内吸光度与多糖含量具有良好的线性关系,r =0 . 9998,平均回收率为99. 76 %,精密度RSD %为1 . 2 4 %,多糖的含量为7 . 0 %
The content of polysaccharides in Artemisia capillaries Thunb was determined by oxybenzene-sulfuric acid colorimetry in 490nm,Conversion factor of polysaccharides f=1.3214,Between 10ug/ml and 50ug/ml absorbance and the content have good linear relation(r=0.9998),The average recoveries were 99.76%,Precision RSD% were 1.24%,The content of polysaccharides in Artemisia capillaris Thunb reaches 7.0%
