摘要
新显色剂７－（苯并噻唑－２－偶氮）－８－羟基喹啉－５－磺酸在弱酸性的ＨＡｃ－ＮａＡｃ介质中与铅显色较灵敏，在λｍａｘ＝６００ｎｍ测定，表观摩尔吸光系数为７．８×１０４Ｌ·ｍｏｌ－１·ｃｍ－１，利用该显色剂测定食品样中的微量铅，结果令人满意．
The conditions for the spectrophotometric determination of lead with a new reagent have been studied. The complex has maximum absorption at 600 urn and the molar absorptivity is 7. 8 × 104 L· mol-1 cm-1. Some food samples have been determined with satisfactory results using this reagent.
