摘要
新显色剂7-(苯并噻唑-2-偶氮)-8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸在弱酸性的HAc-NaAc介质中与铅显色较灵敏,在λmax=600nm测定,表观摩尔吸光系数为7.8×104L·mol-1·cm-1,利用该显色剂测定食品样中的微量铅,结果令人满意.
The conditions for the spectrophotometric determination of lead with a new reagent have been studied. The complex has maximum absorption at 600 urn and the molar absorptivity is 7. 8 × 104 L· mol-1 cm-1. Some food samples have been determined with satisfactory results using this reagent.
