摘要
研究了测定砂糖和某些食品中微量铜的罗丹明B荧光光度法,确定了测定的方法与最佳条件。与常用方法相比,本法具有简便快速、试剂稳定而消耗量少和分析费用低等特点。
Fluorophotometric determination of trace copper in granulated sugars and some kinds of food using Rhodamine B had been studied. The procedures of determination and their optimal conditions were established. In comparison with the conventional method, the features of this method are; Simplicity and raplidty of analysis, stability and less consumption of reagents, as well as less analytical cost.
