摘要  高等师范教育培养目标的确定与人们对教育在社会活动中的作用、教师在社会发展中的地位、教师的专业化程度、教师职业活动内涵的认识直接相关。20世纪国外师范教育培养目标的重构在于提高高师生的学术层次,力求高师生培养的专业化、有极强的就业市场适应能力、有较高的人文素养。中国高等师范教育培养目标的构成应包含学术性目标、专业性目标、素养性目标和发展性目标。 The determination of cultivating goal in higher teachers' education is directly related to the understanding of the following 4 aspects: the role which education plays in social activities, the teachers` position in social development, the level of teachers` speciality, and the meaning of teachers` professional activities. The reconstruction of cultivating goal in foreign higher teachers' education in the 20th century lies in the improvement of students` academic level and the specialization of their cultivation, which result in their high humanistic quality and ability to adapt themselves to the employment market. The article analyzes in detail the constitution of cultivating goal in higher teachers' education in China, which is the goal of our academy, speciality, quality and development
