摘要
本文从微格教学的内涵和模式出发,通过对我国十五所本科师范院校教育类课程设置的调查研究,并与国外师范教育进行了比较,指出了我国现行师范生教学技能培养模式存在的问题,设计出微格教学的四种课程设置模式,并展开了探讨。
In light of the theory and mode of Micro-teaching, this paper points out the existing problems in normal students' teaching skill development mode in China, based on an investigation into the undergraduate curriculum of 15 normal universities in China and a comparison between normal education in China and that in foreign countries. What's more, it also proposes four curriculum design modes and makes a discussion on it.
