摘要
本文提出反应自生复合(RSC)材料生长的Extended Vapor-Liquid Solid(EVLS)机制。以Al-2.96Mg-7.60Si为母材制备RSC材料,并运用光学显微分析、SEM及EPMA等技术手段,对EVLS模型进行了实验分析研究和验证。
A new model describing the Extended Vapor-Liquid-Solid(EVLS) mechanism is proposed for revealing the growth of Reactive Self-composting (RSC)material formed by direct oxidation of parent metal(A1_2. 96Mg7. 60Si)at hight temperature. EVLS model has been investigated by means of optical microscopic analysis, SEM and EPMA. All the experiments conducted demonstrate the EVLS model.
