摘要 Lanxide熔融金属直接氧化技术是一种新型的复合材料制备技术 ,通过用预制体 (颗粒、晶须、纤维等 )增强所制备的复合材料具有高的体积稳定性、断裂韧性和强度 ,是目前材料科学领域的热点之一。 Lanxide directed-metal-oxidation process is a novel composite formation technology.The composites that were made by the pre-placed reinforcements,such as ceramic particles,whiskers and fibers,have a little change in dimensions,high toughness and strength.lt is an interesting subject in the field of materials science.This review deals with the latest progresses in Lanxide process and ceramic matrix composites.
