ZnO引发剂对铝合金直接熔融氧化生长的影响 被引量:7

INFLUENCE OF ZnO DOPANT ON DIRECT MELT OXIDATION GROWTHON THE SURFACE OF ALUMINUM ALLOY

摘要 通过热重分析实验,研究了在高温空气气氛中覆盖在AlZnSi合金表面的ZnO引发剂对铝合金直接氧化生长过程的作用。实验结果表明:ZnO能显著缩短AlZnSi合金熔体直接氧化所需的孕育期及Al2O3/Al复合材料的生长时间。同时发现:ZnO有助于Al2O3/Al复合材料以光滑的方式进行氧化生长,形成细化胞状晶团,提高组织结构的均匀度和材料的致密度。促进Al2O3/Al复合材料生长的ZnO覆盖最佳量为7mg/cm2。 The direct oxidation effect of ZnO dopant on the surface of alloy Al-Zn-Si at high temperature in air was studied by TG experiments. Results show that the incubation period of direct oxidation process for Al-Zn-Si alloy and the growth time of A12O3/Al composites can be shortened remarkably by the ZnO covered on the alloy surface. In addition, it is observed that the A12O3/Al composite with fine cellular crystals can be oxidation-grown by Al with ZnO covered on the alloy surface in the way of gloss and not cell-shape, and the homogeneity of microstructure and relative density of the material are improved. The optimum covered amount of ZnO to promote the oxidation growth of l2O3/Al composites is 7 mg/cm2.
