摘要
本文研究了二甲基黄光动力学法测定微量铁的条件及其在实际样品分析中的应用。Fe(Ⅲ)含量在0~25μg/50mL范围内与△A有良好的线性关系,检出限为9.26×10^(-9)g/mL。方法应用于黄瓜中铁的测定,结果满意。
The optimum conditions for the determination of iron with dimethyl yellow were established. Beer's law is obeyed for 0~25μg of iron(Ⅲ) per 50mL. It is shown that the method is simple and rapid. The method was applied to the determination of trace iron in cucumber samples with satisfactory results.
