摘要
探讨了亚甲篮在紫外光照射下的吸光性质;选择了测定微量铁的适宜条件;试验了干扰情况,并通过实际样品考察了方法的精密度和准确度.
The photochemical properties of methylene blue in a solution under UV irradiation and its application in analytical chemistry were investigated. The results showed that the presence of Fe(Ⅲ)can enhance the decolouization rate. Under certain conditions decolourization rate has a good linear re-lationship with the amount of Fe(Ⅲ) being determined. Based on this experimental results, a method was developed to determine trace amounts of Fe(Ⅲ) with satisfactory results.
