摘要
本文探索到氨水介质中痕量铁(Ⅲ)催化过氧化氢氧化二甲酚橙褪色的新指示反应,研究了反应的动力学条件,建立了催化光度法测定铁(Ⅲ)的新方法,其灵敏度为4.6×10^(-12)g Fe^(3+)/mL,用于测定人发中的痕量铁(Ⅲ)。
The paper studies that the trace iron (Ⅲ) can catalyze the discolouring oxidizingreaction of hydrogen dioxide and xylenol orange in ammonium hydroxide, and studies theconditions of kinetics. A new directed method of kinetics for determining trace Fe(Ⅲ) isdescribed, The sensitivity of the method is 4. 6x10^(-12)/mL. The method has been used fordetermining the trace Fe(Ⅲ) in human hair with satisfactory results.
