摘要 在HCI介质中,Fe(Ⅲ)强烈地催化过氧化氢氧化次甲基绿的反应,据此建立了催化分光光度法测定痕量Fe(Ⅲ)的新方法。本方法的检出限为0.005ug/25mL,测定范围为0~0.25μg/mL,并用本法对人发、饮用水、环境标准样品进行了分析。 A catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace Fe(Ⅲ) based on the oxidzation of methylene green with H_2O_2 by means of Fe(Ⅲ) as catalyst has been investigated. The detection limit is 0.005μg/25mL and the linear response is in the range of 0 to 0.25μg/25mL. The effect of foreign ions has been studied and the method shows good selectivity. The proposed method has been applied to analyse biological and water samples with satisfactory results.
