OV-210弹性石英毛细管柱交联方法研究

摘要 本文研究了OV-210弹性石英毛细管柱的三种交联方法,对色谱性能及最佳交联条件和交联机理进行了评价和讨论,结果表明:三种方法交联的柱子均有良好的分离效能与热稳定性。交联前后柱极性无明显变化,其中以过氧化二异丙苯(DCUP)、臭氧(O_3)作交联引发剂的交联效果优于偶氮特丁烷(ATB),但后者有较高柱效。 Three crosslinking methods of the OV-210 stationary phase on fused silica capillary columns were studied and their chromatographic performances were evaluated. The optimal crosslinking condition and the possible mechanism were discussed. It showed that the separation efficiency and the thermal stability were good, and columns had only minor shift in polarity after the curing. It demonstrated that the columns crosslinked with dicumyl peroxide, ozone as initiators were better than those with azo tert-butane while the latter had higher column efficiency.
