摘要
采用气相色谱法,氢火焰离子化检测器,3%OV-210/Chromosorb W-HP玻璃填充柱,邻苯二甲酸二正丁酯为内标测定草除灵含量。结果表明,本方法相关系数0.99971,标准偏差0.45,变异系数0.56%,平均回收率100.04%。
Determination of benazolin ethyl by gas chromatography was studied with FID and n - butyl phthalate as the internal standard. Result showed that the correlation coefficient, stand deviation, variation coefficient and average recovery were 0. 9997, 0.45, 0.56% and 100.04% respectively.
