摘要
选用8％OV－210为固定相，间甲苯酚为内标物，测定茴香醛的含量。结果表明，该方法快速、准确，标准偏差＜0.1％，回收率为98.2％～99．3％。
The content of anisaldehyde was defermined by GC. 8% OV-210 and m-cresolwere chosen as stationary phase and internal standard. The results indicated that this method wasrapid and accurate. The standard deviation and recovery were 0.1 % and 98. 2% ~ 99. 3%respectively.
